The fine print, in plain words
When does Couranr deliver?
Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern. Same-day requests by 4:00 PM; after the cutoff, delivery is normally the next business day. All time windows and ETAs are estimates, and every request is subject to Couranr confirmation.
What if something comes up mid-delivery?
In-app support with a 15-minute response target during operating hours.
Can I use Same Day instead of creating a business account?
Yes, for an occasional one-off delivery. Couranr for Business is designed for businesses that want to offer delivery to customers repeatedly and manage those deliveries through one workspace.
